Arizona Construction PAC

Arizona Construction PAC has helped influence multiple statewide and local ballot measures, resulting in billions of dollars in new construction investment across Arizona.
$3.57 BILLION
IN CONSTRUCTION
FUNDING SUPPORTED
Arizona Construction PAC has supported successful ballot initiatives that created more than $3.57 billion in new funding for construction projects in Arizona, including transportation, healthcare, and public infrastructure.
These measures help create jobs, strengthen communities, and support long-term economic growth throughout the state.
Proposition 409 — Maricopa County Health System Bond
Arizona Construction PAC supported the Yes on Proposition 409 campaign, which authorized nearly $900 million in funding for improvements to the Valleywise Health system in Maricopa County.
The measure allows construction of new behavioral health facilities, upgrades to existing buildings, and expansion of emergency and medical services.
These projects will create construction jobs while improving essential public health infrastructure across the region.
Pima County Transportation Investment — Propositions 418 & 419
Arizona Construction PAC supported the effort to renew the Regional Transportation Authority plan in Pima County through Propositions 418 and 419, securing major long-term funding for transportation improvements.
These measures provide critical investment in roads, transit, and regional infrastructure that support economic growth, mobility, and development across Southern Arizona.
Together with other supported initiatives, these efforts represent billions of dollars in construction investment across the state.
Defeat of Tucson Proposition 414
Arizona Construction PAC also works to oppose ballot measures that would negatively affect Arizona’s economy, businesses, or construction industry.
The PAC supported the successful effort to defeat Tucson Proposition 414, a proposed sales tax increase that would have raised costs for businesses and residents and created a competitive disadvantage for the region.
Voters rejected the measure by a wide margin, preserving economic competitiveness and preventing unnecessary tax increases.
SUPPORTING GROWTH. PROTECTING OPPORTUNITY.
Arizona Construction PAC evaluates every ballot measure based on one question:
Will this help Arizona grow, build, and move forward? When the answer is yes, the PAC supports it. When the answer is no, the PAC works to stop it.
Through this work, Arizona Construction PAC helps ensure that the construction industry and the economy it supports continue to move the state forward.
